  Having hands on is the key nothing better than walking in and getting knowledge about the product. Stop selling stay focused on educating. If the customer understands the product they will buy the product. Your stores are still missing this most of the time.

  From the time I walked in the door my experience was bad.... 4 agents were at the door and not one of them spoke to my friend or me.. when I go to the section to purchase an accessory for a previous purchase I see 2 different employees going over a floor plan.. when I say excuse me they look at me like "what do you what"? The guy comes over and I tell him what I want he speaks to me in a very dissmive tone and then goes back to the agent.... I leave upset and I go to customer service and request that a manager assist me in that department. When I return to the tablet department the first guy is now in the section with a young lady.. As the young lady explains to me that best buy creates products but no accessories.. I ask the guy y he is still standing around when he clearly did not want to help me the first time and he just shrugs his shoulders... Never will i go back to this location... every agent was rude!
